The following conditions must be met in order for the return request to be initiated:

  • You have 7 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
  • The product must be in new condition as delivered.
  • Items that have been unboxed, repacked, or have had the seal on the original box broken are not eligible for return acceptance.
  • The customer must return with all the original accessories in their original packing.
  • If the product or original packaging is received damaged, or if any accessories or other original components are missing, nzuae.com maintains the right to refuse any refund request.

Items sent from nzuae.com can be returned in no less than 7 days of receipt of shipment. A few items have various arrangements or necessities related with them. Returned will be acknowledged whether Item have its Original Box with Complete pressing Stuff, Product Catalog, Warranty Card and all having a place adornments. If there should arise an occurrence of any of above parts missing the return won't be material.
